About The Author: K. R. Marple

K. R. Marple (Kenneth Marple),

I am a Christian writer and Christian Theologian from Canton, Ohio. I attained my B.S. in Religion and Christian Counseling at Liberty University in Lynchburg, Virginia. With this background in religion and counseling, I have an understanding of the human mind and how it pertains to emotions, relational development, individual development, psychological development and how that affects our views of religion.

Also, I have attained my Masters of Arts in Christian Apologetics from Liberty Baptist Theological Seminary in Lynchburg, Virginia. This process of having a family, job, and being a full-time graduate student was difficult but I believe that it was worth the knowledge and experience that I have received. My goal is to use this education to further the cause of Christ through the written and spoken word.

I also have over 12 years of military service (and counting) ranging from Infantry to Aviation service. I have trained soldiers and provided support to soldiers in different capacities. In serving my country I have traveled a great deal which has given me the ability to serve the church abroad and I have worked cross-culturally in evangelism and biblical teaching. So my background is diverse when it comes to biblical teaching and studies.

Also, I am a member of the Editorial Board for "Hope's Reason: A Journal of Apologetics" (http://www.stephenjbedard.com/home/). This is a forum where we can disseminate critical, peer-reviewed, apologetically relevant information to Pastors and Laypersons within the church community. The reason is so that the body is equipped and prepared to give a reason for the hope that is in them (1 Pet. 3:15). If you would like to put in a submission follow the link above and submit to the journal for review.
